I’m Angie. I’m the creator and owner of Joyfully Journeyed.
I live a life elevated (literally, at 9600 feet above sea level) in the beautiful Rocky Mountains of Breckenridge, Colorado. I have a deep love and appreciation for my high country life and a passion for sharing it with others. The experiences that I craft for clients always include movement (usually through yoga or hiking) in a beautiful setting. My gift to you is a graceful guiding nature on an experience that may take you out of your comfort zone, but will inspire you in the joyful journey of your life.
Professionally I am:
A Life Coach since 2016 (trained through Coach Training Alliance’s Yoga2Life Coach Training Program). A yoga teacher with 200-hour yoga teacher, Yin Yoga Level 1/2, and SUP Yoga teacher certifications. I’ve also been a registered nurse since 2003, still serving my local community as an on-call forensic nurse examiner, taking care of people who are survivors of violence and intentional trauma.
Personally, I am:
Huge-hearted. An adventurer in the everyday. A woman who feels her fear but leans into it anyway. A lover of good coffee and slightly obsessed with hazy IPAs. An Ohio-born-and-bred human who has embraced mountain living in the best way I know how: completely. Ecstatic when playing in the snow: snowshoeing, snowboarding, and splitboarding. Ridiculously crazy about my dog Hans and adoring of my husband Justin and bonus teenage kids Vale and Kyla.
